FAQs

  • How important is Nutrition to my Fitness Journey?

Nutrition plays a key role in fitness. Nutrition can influence performance, recovery and body composition. What we eat (and when) can also impact our general life like our mood and energy levels.

  • Why a dietary review and not a nutrition plan?

A review of your food diary will ensure any suggestions will adhere to your lifestyle.

These changes are shown to have higher levels of compliance. Meaning longer term results and better chances of reaching your goals.

A nutrition plan requesting someone cook 5 complicated meals a day with food they don’t like isn’t likely to be followed!

  • How much does a review cost?

Our transparent pricing makes things simple!

We charge £30 per week being reviewed.

    £100 for 4 weeks (that’s a £20 discount for getting the 4 week package)

  • How does the Dietary Review work?

We will request you complete a food diary for the required period of time. We can send you a template (Word and PDF) or you can complete your own.

We will then explore what can be amended to help you to reach your goals

  • I'm worried about detailing my habits as it feels quite personal. Will this be an issue?

We will do everything possible to create a comfortable space and encourage honesty and openness.

Our professionals treat everyone with respect and all information provided in plans is kept private.

  • How detailed should my diary be?

Simply the more detail you can provide us, the more detailed we can be in our responses and feedback.

For example you could put ‘a ham sandwich’ or you could put ‘a ham sandwich. 2 slices of white bread, butter, wafer thin ham and mayonnaise’.
